Are you the superhero of customer service and administration with some sales experience, ready to swoop in and rescue both internal and external customers with your after-sales technical support prowess?
Due to continuing success our client is looking to grow their dynamic Sales Support Team to working alongside Sales Engineers on their road adventures. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, involves processing quotes and orders at lightning speed with no delays are to be the guru of keeping customers in the loop about their orders.
You will be the unsung hero of the service desk, taking incoming sales calls, taking the appropriate notes to pass to the right Sales Engineer, logging jobs, handling calls and offering technical advice.
But wait, there’s more! Key accounts will look to you for communication wizardry, and you’ll whip up some reports for them too.
Key Competencies:
- Prior exposure in Sales and Technical environments
- Masterful time management skills that turn every challenge into an opportunity
- Demonstrated customer service expertise with a polished telephone demeanour
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
