Are you an experienced sales support or account manager who thrives on the challenge of problem solving and managing a project from end to end when helping one of your loyal clients?
Our global client has an exciting opportunity to join a successful team in customer service and sales managing relationships with contracted and new customers. The role is 100% customer focused offering advanced and exceptional service levels and technical support to both internal and external customers.
You will be the first point of contact from compiling customer quotations for repairs, generating revenue opportunities and forecasts on projected sales.
You will need to manage the data on the CRM, receive orders and inform customers on the status of their orders. You will offer service desk support offering technical advice, problem solving, quotations and then manage the workflow through the business, compliance and on time delivery to the highest standard.
The successful candidate will have proven ability in sales and customer service to a minimum of 3 years, strong computer skills and some previous experience in a technical environment is desirable. Full training on the products will be given.
