Are you an experienced Sales Support Advisor or Account Manager with a technical mind, who thrives on the challenge of helping internal stakeholders such as engineer’s and external customers to answer questions, resolve problems, manage orders, and raise quotes to increase sales?
Alternatively, our client would also consider a graduate with a mechanical engineering degree for this role who would be excited to be trained up in the position. There is plenty of progression available for the right career driven individual within the business.
Our global client has an exciting opportunity to join a successful Sales/Engineering team, managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The role is 100% customer focused offering advanced and exceptional service levels and technical support.
You will be the first point of contact answering incoming calls, passing information to engineers’, compiling customer quotations for repairs, providing technical specifications for products, providing product advice, and generating revenue opportunities and forecasts on projected sales.
You will need to manage the data on the CRM, receive orders and inform customers on the status of their orders. You will offer Sales/Service desk support and then manage the workflow through the business, compliance, and on time delivery to the highest standard.
The successful candidate will ideally have proven ability in sales and customer service to a minimum of 2 – 3 years, strong computer skills and some previous experience in a technical environment is desirable. Full training on the products will be given.
