Our esteemed client, a leading manufacturer and supplier across the UK and Europe, is continuously expanding and seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join their dynamic team, contributing to their ongoing success.

In this role, you will utilise your Mechanical Engineer knowledge and exceptional attention to detail to conduct new build and routine machine inspections. Proactively seeking improvements and promptly resolving issues across their fleet of machines will be central to your responsibilities.  They seek a self-starter with exceptional attention to detail, capable of reviewing and offering solutions for current and future machines. Key to success in this role is experience in fault finding and diagnostics.

Additionally, you will collaborate with the Operations Manager to project plan and introduce new portfolios to their range, necessitating a proactive approach to identify growth opportunities.

You will need:

• Proven experience in Mechanical Engineering
• Proficiency in metal fabrication techniques and finishing processes to facilitate productive communication with external fabrication partners
• A solid grasp of health, safety, and environmental legislation and working practices.
• Adaptability to business needs
