Membership Executive

Job Description

We are working with legendary and world renowned brand who is recruiting for a Membership Executive to join their commercial team & reporting to their Head of Membership. This is a new role with the opportunity to grow and make a mark on the success of the business and their growing members.

You’re responsible for the acquisition of new members, retention of existing members and delivering compelling engagement strategies. The role will execute the delivery of experience for the members, building communications, developing content, supporting the running of events and building robust relationships and act as the ambassador of membership across the business.

What you will need for this role:

• Experience with membership/loyalty or relevant marketing experience
• Understanding of the role membership schemes can play in building engagement
• Experience in developing marketing email campaigns and communications
• Experience in working on events and activations, demonstrating strong organisational and time management skills
• An understanding of what makes compelling content and a relentless focus on what will engage the membership base
• Content management system (CMS) experience advantageous
• Creative flair and ability to work to brand guidelines
• Must have a can-do attitude to deliver the best experience for members
• Energetic and ability to work under pressure, as well as regularly flex and adapt to the fast-changing needs of the business
• Flexible approach in working hours – including weekends
