Are you a qualified ACCA or ACA Chartered Accountant with at least three years’ experience in Practice Accountancy? Do you enjoy working with a mix of clients and ideally would look for 2-3 days a week?

This exceptional part time opportunity is with a small and dynamic accountancy practice in the Poole/Bournemouth area and they are looking for someone who is proactive and enjoys speaking to clients across many sectors.

Each member of the team is a ‘very big cog in a smallish wheel’ and has a great deal of autonomy.

They offer a fully managed finance function working as an extension of the clients business and provide their clients with a ‘Virtual Accounts Office’ so that they can outsource their entire accounts operations and focus on what they do best by offering an end to end service, from bookkeeping to final accounts.

It is important that you have high levels of customer service skills as their service means that they have an extraordinarily close working relationship with clients.

Quality of service is paramount as they are passionate about what we do and delivering the best. The role will currently offer flexible home working but will return to the central offices after lockdown.

You will be responsible for assigned clients and manage account preparation to statutory level, monthly and quarterly VAT returns along with final accounts, self assessments and delegate to the trainees when suitable.

You will also need to have experience using Zero, Quickbooks online and Taxfiler software along with excellent written and verbal English.
