Job Description
Are you an expert account manager in the e-commerce/ online sector who excels in managing strong relationships with existing sellers and partners?
Do you have a proactive mindset, high levels of motivation, positivity and the ability to advise your customers on trends and growth areas for their business?
We have a superb opportunity available for an experienced account manager to join a major online retailer based in Poole. Ideally, you need e-commerce/ online retail experience and the knowledge of strategically developing relationships whilst identifying new opportunities and trends in collaboration with the rest of the partner team.
This incredible new business focuses on the seller experience at the core of their values. The role will require you to keep up to date with industry developments, trends and improve technical knowledge.
Key responsibilities will include serving as a lead point of contact for your partner queries and issues, updating contact sheets daily with activity and actions, analysing activity and assess return on investments.
You will need to have proven account/project management experience and the ability to handle multiple projects at any one time as well as a proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. Fluency in any additional languages (Mandarin, French, Spanish, German) is desired but not essential.
This is a full time (37.5 hours p/w) permanent role and offers excellent benefits.
