Installation Engineer & Pipefitter

Job Description

Our client is looking for an Engineer to complete pipefitting works as well install and maintain hire equipment for the southern region.

Working as part of the hire team, you will attend customer sites to carry out pipefitting, installation & maintenance and warranty work.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Preventative, scheduled maintenance and installation of hire equipment
• Pipefitting
• Use software, technology and hand tools
• Following engineering specifications and engineering drawings
• Fault find, diagnose and repair equipment
• Able to cover standby and call outs on a planned scheduled basis to include weekday, weekends and bank holidays

Essential Experience

• UK driver’s license
• Pipefitting experience (1inch to 2inch press fit)
• Installation experience within HVAC or similar role, advantageous
• F-Gas qualification, desirable
