Are you an experienced Machine Shop Supervisor, team leader or workshop foreman?

Our client has a fantastic permanent opportunity for a hands-on Production Supervisor to join their team to ensure a smooth workflow and running of the overall department. You report directly to the Factory Manager, supporting in upholding health and safety standards, maintaining product quality, meeting delivery deadlines, and achieving operational efficiency.

Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with the Team Leaders and Operators, ensuring they achieve daily targets and maintain high performance within their designated areas.

Having experience working in a machine shop environment you will be familiar with processes and procedures as well as ensuring training and skill gaps are monitored. Being a natural leader and motivator with exceptional communication skills, to support and drive the team to success.

Having experienced and promoting LEAN initiatives is crucial for this role.
