Due to business growth an additional Property manager is now required!

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced professional Property Manager to join an established and respected Property Management company based in Bournemouth. This is a Temp to Perm opportunity to manage a portfolio of residential blocks of flats. It would be beneficial to have your AIRPM Qualification or higher.

You will be responsible for ensuring that the highest possible standards of accommodation and property maintenance is provided by carrying out regular property inspections, assisting with controlling, managing and monitoring all property related activities. With a portfolio of properties across Dorset, you will oversee and coordinate a diverse programme of works that maintains and improves property standards.

This is a fast paced role, with multiple activities underway at any one time and a broad set of responsibilities, that would suit someone who has Residential Property Management experience in all of the following property related disciplines; Property Maintenance, Budgets, Insurance claims, Health & Safety, Compliance, Surveyance, Contract and Facilities Management.

The successful candidate will be professional, highly organised with strong decision-making skills, be adept at negotiating, influencing and evaluating, driven by results and success. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly customer focused and skilled in building effective relationships and have a clean driving license.
