Purchasing Administrator

Are you a Purchasing Administrator with exceptional communication and administration skills and available for a 12 month maternity contract?

Our manufacturing client based in Poole is recruiting for a Purchasing Administrator to support their extremely busy Purchasing team.

You will be responsible for processing orders and liaising with customers and suppliers via phone and email.

  • This is a full-time role based in Poole
  • Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm, 35-hour week
  • Free on-site parking

The successful candidate will need experience in:

  • MRP systems (SAP would be advantageous)
  • Purchase orders, requests & quotations
  • Delivery notes & invoicing
  • Service orders

The successful candidate will need to be very organized, have strong administration skills with attention to detail. Experience in a purchasing or buying is essential.
