Do you have purchasing, procurement experience? Excellent attention to detail and great computer skills?
We are recruiting for a purchasing assistant to join a busy company based in Wareham. You will be working between the shopfloor and the office. On the shopfloor you will be inspecting purchased raw materials against purchase orders and assisting with packing, booking in goods, kitting, and labelling etc. You will also be supporting the projects team in the office with purchasing, ideally raw material and you will need to have experience using ERP/MRP.
This is a multifaceted, exciting role for someone who doesn’t like to be 100% office based, you will be an integral part of the two teams, so you will need to have excellent communication, be able to prioritise and effectively manage your workload.
The company have an incredible site in Wareham, it is purpose built, clean and bright. Ample free parking an added bonus. You will be joining a well-established growing team, who are exceptionally friendly and welcoming.
This role can be physical, so you need to be able and comfortable to life between 15-20kgs when required (in goods in).
