Our client based in Southampton is looking for an Administrator to assist their Health & Safety team to carry out an audit of their products to ensure that the information on the datasheets is correct.
The role is a mix of being based in the office and the Warehouse as you will check through all the products to ensure all the information on the datasheet is accurate and checking this information with suppliers via phone calls and emails.
Health & Safety experience is not required, we are looking for a strong administrator to transfer information from the datasheet on the product to the COSHH forms as well as updating Excel spreadsheets and Word documents, you will be given plenty of training.
The role is a temporary position for a minimum of 2 weeks; however, it might take a little longer than this as it might take some time for the suppliers to come back with the information required so the contract may be extended.
