Our client, a beacon of innovation and a prominent leader in their industry, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Manager to champion their quality management initiatives and drive excellence to new heights.

You will be collaborating closely with the planning department to develop and uphold robust quality processes, explore new tooling and methodologies to identifying cost-saving opportunities and creating comprehensive process sketches and documentation for efficient implementation. Leveraging your management skills, you will oversee quality control operations, leading Root Cause Analysis, conduct audits, and consistently pursue quality enhancement while publishing monthly Quality reports and supporting functions to ensure quality targets are achieved.

You will need:

  • Extensive experience and demonstrated proficiency in machine shop quality department operations
  • Ability to manage QMS, regulatory compliance with knowledge of AS9100 Rev D regulations to ensure adherence and quality standards
  • Demonstrable experience in people management with the ability to influence others and lead a team
  • Track record of implementing and driving continuous improvement initiatives and lean principles
