Job Description

A leading UK manufacturer of bespoke business gifts is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their small friendly team in Poole.

This is a role for someone looking for a new challenge with varied day to day tasks including being the first receiver of calls, communicating to clients about quotations, discussing artwork, sending visuals and processing amendments.

Reporting to the Sales Manager you must be a great communicator as you will be liaising with the production team and sales support.

  • Dealing with client sales enquiries via email, phone, and website
  • Creating quotes & sales orders using the CRM system
  • Chasing sales quotes
  • Production admin including sending client visuals
  • Dealing with couriers
  • Stocktakes
  • Lots of other admin tasks!

Great customer skills are vital as well as excellent attention to detail in this role and if you can multi-task that’s a real advantage. Good communication skills are a must and the ability to work well as part of a team and use your initiative.

Hours: Monday – Thursday 8.30 to 5pm and Friday 8.30 to 3.30 + free parking.
