Job Description

Are you an experienced Sales Administrator who thrives on the challenge of processing administration, setting up new customers and problem solving in a fast-paced environment?

Our very well-established ethical client based in Poole, has a great opportunity for a Sales and Service Administrator to join a successful team on a 6 month fixed term contract, to assist with new machine and spares orders team who offer first class customer service via phone, email and letter.

As first point of contact you will assist customers with completing all necessary documentation using a number of different systems and liaise with internal stakeholders across the business.

As Sales Administrator you will also be resolving queries, processing orders, quotations and generating reports which require accuracy and attention to detail and will raise new job requests ensuring that the service is completed in a timely manner to tight deadlines.

The successful candidate will have proven Sales Administration experience, be able to work alone and as part of a team, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient computer skills including Excel will be required as you will be responsible for updating and creating some basic spreadsheets. Some working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator would be an advantage but is not essential.
