Our client, a prestigious global HVAC company is looking for an experienced Sales and Service Administrator to join their Bradford team on a fixed term contract for up to 18 months.
As a Sales and Service Administrator, you will manage sales processes with precision and provide outstanding customer service and administrative support to the sales team, enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact, fostering strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Manage new and renewal customer contracts and quotes
- Collaborate with Sales and Service Teams, providing clear communication on sales processes and tasks
- Maintain and review supplier agreements for both new and existing suppliers
- Provide front desk reception cover during holidays and busy periods
Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in administrative or sales support roles with a comprehensive understanding of sales procedures
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales-related software
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- Knowledge of manufacturing industry an advantage
