Our globally renowned client is expanding their team and is actively seeking individuals to spearhead equipment sales and business development in their thriving North region. This is your chance to be at the forefront of cultivating relationships with both fresh faces and familiar clients. While having a technical knowledge for temperature control units and refrigeration systems would give you a head start, don’t worry – they are more than happy to provide product training for the right candidate.

This is a remote position, but you will need to ideally live in the Bradford, Leeds, Oldham, Manchester, Preston area to cover the North region. A valid Driver’s License is essential for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate customer requirements to discern their needs and offer optimal solutions
  • Meet and exceed goals and targets, taking personal accountability for sales budgets
  • Manage the entire sales pipeline from quotation to order fulfilment
  • Collaborate with the administration and accounts teams to ensure a seamless service
  • Work alongside the Sales Manager to formulate a business plan for the designated region
  • Collaborate with Regional and National colleagues to support growth within the marketplace

Key Competencies

  • Demonstrated technical sales experience, preferably within a capital equipment technical industrial/processing background
  • Proficient Sales and negotiation skills
  • Territory management expertise
  • Possession of a valid Driver’s License
