Are you an experienced customer service or account manager who thrives on the challenge of problem solving and managing a project from end to end when helping one of your loyal clients?
Our niche high end global client has an exciting opportunity to join a successful team in customer service and sales managing relationships with contract customers on an International basis, agents and distributors. The role is 100% customer focused offering advanced and exceptional service levels to high net worth individuals and businesses.
You will be the first point of contact from problem solving, quotations and then manage the workflow through the business, compliance and on time delivery to the highest standard. You will need to keep up to date with products and promotions and able to offer bespoke solutions by liaising with all internal departments, sales team and managers to ensure exceptional communication throughout the projects.
The successful candidate will have proven ability in sales and customer service to a minimum of 3 years, strong computer skills especially Excel and some working knowledge of design packages would be an advantage. You will also be able to identify problems, analyse the shortfalls and address any issues that arise from a complex requirement from your clients.
This role offers exceptional succession planning in a large team and may offer the opportunity to visit clients and attend trade shows.
This role is initially temporary but with a view to the successful candidate then being offered a permanent role.
