Job Description

Are you an experienced Sales Support Coordinator who thrives on the challenge of speaking to customers to resolve queries, providing product information, processing orders and helping to put together tenders to support the sales team?

Our very well-established client based in Poole has a great opportunity for a Sales Support Coordinator to join a successful team who deliver an exceptional service to their customers whilst up-selling to increase sales growth by phone, email and letter.

Working with the Sales Managers you will be first point of contact for customers which will sometimes involve dealing with complaints and hold a consultative conversation in order to turn the conversation around in order to appease the customer and up-sell new products. You will also assist with processing quotes and putting together tenders.

The successful candidate will have an upbeat friendly persona and proven experience of working in a Sales driven environment who can offer first class customer service and have exceptional sales administration skills.

Proficient computer skills including Excel will be required as you will be responsible for updating and creating some basic spreadsheets.

Salary: £22,000 – £25,000pa

Holiday: 25 days + bank holidays
