Are you a Senior Project Designer with Commercial/Office Design & Build experience? Do you have exceptional communication skills with a passion for meeting new contacts to offer a turnkey solution to design new offices, working with a variety of different clients nationally?

Our client, a successful and well-established family run business is looking for a Senior Project Designer to work as part of a very friendly team, based in a fantastic modern open plan office in Christchurch, there is a train station nearby.

You will be responsible for the process of meeting clients on different projects, nationally, to take the brief, develop space plans, create the concept using AutoCAD, InDesign, Microsoft Office and Sketch-Up, and then pitch your 3D and 2D design in a presentation to the client and then be onsite to manage the design build.

The ideal candidate will have a strong Office Design and Build experience with an excellent track record of winning tenders, who is enthusiastic and self-motivated and enjoys working in a fast paced environment.
