This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Service and Logistics Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at problem-solving and is adept at managing schedules for service technicians to ensure top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule technician work orders for quoted and warranty services
- Maximize service technician productivity and ensure adequate team coverage at customer sites
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as a trusted point of contact
- Raise purchase orders and process invoices
- Analyse data and generate reports
- Support service technicians with parts delivery and collection, site clearance, and van stock management
Key Competencies:
- Previous experience in service coordination or a customer service support role
- Strong customer service skills
- Solid administrative background
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organised
- Knowledge of processing invoices and purchase orders
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge of the manufacturing industry is an advantage
