Our client, a continuously growing healthcare company is actively seeking a skilled Service Planner to ensure flawless delivery, guaranteeing their clients receive nothing less than exceptional care.

You will be the key point of contact between the engineer and customer. Providing updates on service requests and progress updates to customers and offering support via phone and email to engineers as they carry out on-site tasks.

You will take full ownership of the scheduling process, meticulously considering factors such as priority, location and time and maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date notes for each job. You must be able to identify any potential risks to delivery and to take proactive measures to mitigate any potential impact.  These could be last minute, so you just be able to adapt swiftly to sudden changes in plans with minimal disruption to overall scheduling.

You will need to have exceptional customer service, strong IT and analytical skills, highly organised with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities simultaneously with experience in working in a high volume and busy environment.
