Job Description

We have a one off opportunity for a Weddings Events Coordinator to join a prestigious venue set in stunning acres of land who offer a generous salary, bonus structure and benefits.

You’ll be responsible for handling the wedding and special events enquiries and the main point of contact throughout the booking and planning process. You’ll meet with clients to run through details of forthcoming wedding, events, future requirements and present the hotel facilities and services.

What do you need to qualify for this role?

  • Recent experience in weddings, events and banqueting management/coordination
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
  • The ability to perform well under pressure
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise your own workload
  • Excellent communication skills both written, verbally and in person
  • A high level of IT skills including outlook, word & excel
