At Oyster we are working exclusively to source a Finance Manager for a fundraising Charity in Lymington. This interesting and varied Finance Manager role will work with the Centre Manager to provide a range of accurate and timely financial information, including all management accounts to the Board.
You will manage a small team in the office and support the Manager in the day to day activities of the Charity. This is a key role within the Senior Management Team in which you will be responsible for leading the management of the finances to manage expenditure as well as forecasting for new project work in the future.
There will be additional responsibilities alongside the finance and administration which will include Health and Safety and Human Resources support.
Based in Lymington in the New Forest, this is a varied and busy role and will also include the production of timely management accounts for the Trustees, monitor financial achievements against budget, oversee the maintenance of cash balances, audit arrangements and submission of VAT returns and PAYE payments.
